3. Found by Margaret Peterson Haddix. Simon & Schuster Books,

4. Summary: The book Found is a thrilling story by the author Margaret
Peterson Haddix. The story is about Jonah a young boy who has always known he
was adopted but when he and his friend Chip who is also adopted keep receiving
suspicious letters they started to wonder more about where they came from.
Jonah, Chip and Jonah's sister Katherine start to investigate the letters and

found on a mysterious airplane that appeared out of thin air and was filled
with babies and Jonah and Chip were two of the babies on the plane. They
struggle to figure where this plane came from and where they came from?
5. “ A mesmerizing
tale of adoptees, time travel, suspenseful volume.”
-Parade
6. Haddix’s writing style is very clear
and comfortable. It really makes you understand the story and the characters
point of view on situations. Though I have never read on of her books before
this one, I would be open to reading another one.
7. Quote: “ Beware! They’re coming back
to get you.”
(That was
the second letter that Chop and Jonah received.)
8. Though I am not adopted I often do
wonder where I came form and what is the background of my family. And this
relates to the story because Jonah and Chip throughout the story are trying to
figure ot where they came from.
